Just when you say something nice about a guy...
You try to cut a guy some slack and say something nice about him (in this case Anne Arundel County Executive John Leopold's crackdown on illegals), then it comes to your attention that he has been quiet about the O'Malley Tax Plan. John, John, John...
Next you hear about and are enthusiastic about the possible return of a former Delegate (Herb McMillan), then it comes to your attention that he may have been less than nice in referring to his fellow Republicans. In a fundraising letter (that I have not seen yet), Mr. McMillan supposedly denounces other conservative Republicans. If true, it is a shame and brings unneeded animosity to the race. There are three House of Delegates positions in District 30. While it is true that the top three vote-getters get the job, there is no reason why the competition can't be friendly. Indeed, it would behoove like-minded Republicans to work together to win the seat(s). If they kill each other off, they may lose the one seat they have, but working together they could possibly gain a seat, or even all three.
C'mon guys, fight the Dems, not each other! PLEASE!
