While it looks like Vinnie DeMarco is positively beaming, delighted with his other gang of taxers that the Ciggy tax got through, at the far end of the table Speaker Busch looks down. Maybe he needs a good smoke!

Note To Legislature:
Please add to your list of "suggested cuts" to the O'Gov cutting the number of pens used at bill-signings!
There is no need for multiple cans of them to be there. Use them for school supplies. "It's for the Children!"
