Welcome Back, Herb...
With the idiocy that is the Maryland General Assembly nowadays, who would ever contemplate returning to it once they have escaped it's insanity? Well, it seems like there is such a person, and one we need back in the House of Delegates. He is not crazy for considering it, but we have enough lunatics that his levelheadedness will be appreciated. He has been an anti-tax advocate, and could do a lot to, if not defeat the Speaker, at least help retire Mrs. Claggett. I am sure that he and Ron George would make a great team. I'm talking about former Delegate Herb McMillan, of course.
His home was featured in an early episode of that program "Trading Spaces", where a family lets someone else renovate a room in their house, while doing likewise to their friend's home. It is a scary thing to let someone else do that to something as intimate as your home. Sometimes you like what they've done with the place. Or sometimes you come back to the home you left and just want to scream! You can't wait to get the paint and spackle and un-do the damage that was done in your absence. Herb, we need you back to fix the mess the Dems have made of our State House while you've been gone!
