What that ammendment did...
It changed the definition of a Marylander. Now you can be taxed as a citizen of the "free" state if you reside here longer than 6 months. With this ammendment it will be anything over 3!!!
So much for importing summer help for Ocean City... Snowbirds might fly the coop permanently as well. What about students from other states??
Some Democrats are not happy about it, as it impacts their constituents.
